Transfer Window Update, stone the trolls, concentrate on football

Still talk about players
leaving and especially rumours about Riyad Mahrez and Danny
Drinkwater are circulating, but as far as Shakespeare talks, City
will keep their best players
Leicester City won the Premier League in 2015-16, described as one
in a lifetime and never to happen again. Last season they reached
the quarter finals of the Champions League and by that achievement
the best British team in the competition.
The so called "bigger clubs" are of course shaken by this and
despite looking at it as a type of "flirt" they will not really
recognise Leicester City as a team to count, they are just up there
like a little mouse and soon they will go into the "trap" and slowly
go back to what they were.
Yesterday Danny Murphy was the last of "trolls" to talk Riyad
Mahrez away from Leicester City. They are talking for all fans in
football, not just sitting there as a former "bigger clubs" player.
The problem with "trolls" are that they talk in terms that a player
from a smaller club should just be shipped out and given a chance to
join one of their former clubs, "the biggest they have played for"
and if possible for a fee decided by the buyer and not Leicester
Leicester City cannot sell Danny Drinkwater and Riyad Mahrez for
smaller fees and the asking price is of course based on the chance
to get a player for the same amount to replace them, which is a
The owners of Leicester City might be small when you consider their
heights, but certainly not if you look at their business consortium.
They don't listen to "trolls" like Danny Murphy, who should
concentrate on the football and not unsettle players and start a
campaign for certain clubs.
Paul Merson made the same mistake last season when talking about
Vardy, Kantè and Mahrez and other players linked to Arsenal. They
are unsettling fans, players and they should not be starting or
commenting on certain transfer rumours.
Alan Smith used Leicester City as a stepping stone to become a great
player at Arsenal. He won major trophies with The Gunners and he
also talks fondly of the club that made him a "big name" in football.
But he has also been "quoted" in terms of what players here and
there should do. Please as "pundits" stay away from these type of
Liverpool, Man Utd, Man City, Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal are
today considered as the top six clubs in England, mostly because
they have owners who are wealthy and can finance changes that at the
moment keeps their teams in the top.
A few years back Arsenal and Man Utd were alone in the top, and we
will see in the future more clubs getting financial muscles in the
region of the top six and they will challenge. Leicester are one,
Everton and Southampton could be next. We will just have to wait and
But "trolls" sitting in studio's talking players here and there,
should not be allowed to do so in the role they have in front of the
camera. Especially BBC and Sky Sports have other things to report.
You would never hear Gary Lineker say, "Mahrez should definately be
signing for Barcelona". Steve Walsh, Muzzy Izzet and Matt Elliott
would probably not either be talking in those terms, since they all
support Leicester City.
We have enough rumour mills and transfer gossip from the papers and
news websites, and this is not needed, so please "stone the trolls",
and keep your reporting to what is going on, not what you think
players should do, and not by unsettling fans and people listening
to your shows.
As a City fan, you don't like to be "bullied" by people who think
they are "bigger and better", and why do they worry about Leicester
City. They might be afraid of City, who are getting noticed in World
