Mahrez talk, Liverpool or Arsenal, or will someone else turn up and
hijack the deal

Rumours about a possible
Mahrez move to Liverpool was out there this weekend, dismissed by
all parties as just speculations, but today news are that Mahrez is
in talks with a possible chance to join Liverpool
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has earlier
expressed his admiration of Mahrez and that he would like to see him
in an Arsenal shirt. But sources close to the Mahrez party, believes
a move will not happen if Sanchez is staying at The Emirates.
Liverpool are keen on a move and a fee of £ 50 million is earlier
being mentioned as what it will take to bring Mahrez to Anfield. To
see Mahrez being held back at Leicester in yet another transfer
window looks unlikely.
Claude Puel earlier described the relationship between him and Riyad
as "very good", both speaking french and being able to understand
each other, but that would probably not stop the desire of leaving
and get to higher level in his career.
Manchester United were the once linked in the end of the summer
window, but nothing happened with Mahrez running around on airports
to be ready to fly out when things came close, nothing happened and
he has been back to his best in the months since Puel took over.
To see Mahrez leave will be yet another blow for Leicester City fans
who now will see their "dream team" from two seasons ago teared
apart, first with Kante, then Drinkwater and Mahrez leaving this
Leicester will play Chelsea away this Saturday. A difficult game and
it could be a game without Mahrez. Leicester are linked with a
number of replacements and hopefully Claude Puel will find the
players suited to take on the challenge.
Danny Drinkwater and Ngolo Kantè both played in the Wednesday EFL
Cup semi final v. Arsenal, and both are of course ready to play
against their old team, and team up with Fabregas in the heart of
their three men midfield.
To visit Stamford Bridge is always a thrill but also difficult and
to bring anything form this game will be a great achievement. Be
shure to pick a betting site now and be part of the fun coming
Reports are that
Leicester have signed Fousseni Diabate from Gazalec
Ajaccio, an exciting prospect who would be considered a £ 2 million
bargain if he becomes anything like the former players joining from
French League 2, Anthony Knockaert and Riyad Mahrez.
