Squad update, ratings and possible new signings to consider

The season is far from over, but with
the current quarter final exit and eight PL games left you can start
thinking about next season and options possible
If we take a look at the squad and makes a verdict, we would like to
start with the goalkeepers. Despite the fatal error against Chelsea,
TCF feel that Kasper Schmeichel is the ideal choice for the games
coming up and also next season.
Ben Hamer and Eldin Jakupovic are both good alternatives. The
question is, will the duo be satisfied just being a cover
alternative. If one of them goes, Daniel Iversen should be pushed up
from the development squad.
Danny Simpson is under pressure, not being able to adapt to a more
offensive role under Claude Puel. Simpson's defensive skills are
good, but he lacks a bit when going forward.
Daniel Amartey who is the other alternative in the right back
position, is not really a right back and more of a central defender
and that makes it difficult to believe that Puel will settle with
Amartey and Simpson.
Ben Chilwell and Christian Fuchs competes for the left back position.
To be honest we would prefer Christian Fuchs. Chilwell is a risk as
we see it right now. We would like to see Fuchs in the left back
Wes Morgan and Harry Maguire are the two preferred in central
defence, with Dragovic as cover. Huth and Benalouane can also play
in the postion, but looks far from the first team.
Leicester will most certainly sign a new central defender. Dragovic
will probably return to Bayer Leverkusen. Uncertain about Huth and
Benalouane both can be sold. One central defender might be needed.
Marc Albrighton is the perfect flank alternative and looks certain
to stay. Mahrez is uncertain about his future, but the club will
probably give him a number of alternatives. Gray looks unfinished as
an alternative to Mahrez and Diabate is not really Premier League
Iborra and Ndidi together with Silva looks as the three who will
compete for the two central midfield positions. Predictions are that
Matty James and Andy King could both be on the way out.
Jamie Vardy will be leading the front line for the rest of the
season, and surely be around when the next one kicks off. Okazaki
looks certain to stay and TCF also believe that Kelechi Iheanacho
has a future at the club.
Andros Townsend, Xherdan Shaqiri, Wilfried Zaha, Fabian Delph, Juan
Mata, Nathan Ake, Thorgan Hazard, Marouane Fellaini, Manuel Lanzini
and Luke Shaw are all players that could be seeking a move, and
Leicester would be a good fit.
There are also other names such as Mohammed Elyounoussi from Basel.
