Man Utd and Arsenal linked with £90million valued Leicester City defender, all the latest transfer talk

No one at Leicester City believe this strange rumor but a serious newspaper like Express can’t just print this if it has no value. Tcf would say that any club of great standard would like to add Harry Maguire to their squad, but to see this happening, in the current January transfer window, looks a bit strange.

Maguire (25) is at the right age, but his long term deal at Leicester would probably not trigger the club to sell, not yet, and not in risk of losing out of Europe, finishing lower than 7th. So why does such a rumor appear.

Leicester City manager Claude Puel is cleaning at the moment, but he will probably not use his broom on Maguire, but a few others. Tcf believe that Adrien Silva will be next out the door, Andy King could be close to a move and to see Yohan Benalouane still at the club is a bit tragic as well.

Benalouane was in action last night in the great U.23 Everton defeat and he is a good central defender and he will most certainly leave this January, if he can agree terms in a region close to his current deal at Leicester. No player will cut their current deals and sign before they have secured heavy payments, this is a fact that Puel is struggling with.

There are a few players rumoured to be in the picture for a move to Leicester, but not typical first team material and not really seen as anything else than one for the future, and I think there are enough talent in the current U.23 squad if you want players who are talented.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is a player that should be looked at, he is a steady player in the U.23’s, a good central midfielder. One to really consider if King, Silva are following Iborra out of the club.

Claude Puel is at the moment struggling with a squad a bit out of balance, and have to get rid of players before he can sign new quality additions. This is a fact you cannot overlook not even fans who are living in dreamland and talk like they can throw players in and out like toys, that is just rubbish talk without substance and hopefully no one take notice.

Diabate, as earlier talked about, could also be on the way out and it will be interesting to see what Puel will do to get his squad ideally build. You need to find this blend and from that base work your way into the transfer market and find the right players.

Youngster Khanya Leshabela has signed a new contract with the club. The South African has been with the club since 2013 and looked up on as a star in the making. Nice to see the progress and hopefully one Claude Puel can use in the future, allready been named on the bench in the Carabao Cup.

We are as always following up with new information as long as the transfer window is officially open, and the hot, coold and cold list is fresh and newly updated.
