With the current injury problem of Wilfred Ndidi fans are talking transfers, but the players who could be of interest looks difficult to attach. Most rumours are soft and none of the players linked looks as Leicester City bound, with other clubs probably in front.
The name Bertrand Traore turned up again today and this player has been linked also in the last summer window, but his status is probably at a level that would probably not see him join Leicester City.
Max Kruse is another name seen today and the German international is an interesting player and the 31 year old could be a shrewd signing if that comes to anything. We do not believe that at this moment a new front man is what should be added to the squad and look at this rumour as very soft.
Bristol City midfielder Josh Brownhill is also seen in “the mill” and he was also linked earlier last summer. Dani Olmo has also come up as a candidate and the Dinamo Zagreb attacking midfielder is a very interesting player, but probably a bit “light” to be seen in a team currently in the top four of Premier League.
A list of all those candidates and mentioned links is now fresh and updated, feel free to take a look at the list. TCF is still hopeful that a bid for Jarrod Bowen will be placed, but this has dragged out, but we still believe that this could be happening, with Hull City not really stopping this idea if the bid is high enough. Bowen is the most exciting prospect in the Championship and the fee could get as high as £20million with either players going in the opposite direction or a fee with different add on’s.
On the other front, we have seen Raul Uche leaving the club. The young Spanish forward is an exciting player, but his life at Leicester City is ower as he decided to move back to Spain and sign for Valladolid for an undisclosed fee.
George Thomas has also left Leicester City and joined ADO Den Haag on loan for the rest of the season. The welsh international has also seen his chances limited and a move to Dutch football should be exciting.
Andy King just turned in the door after his Rangers adventure was cut short and signed a loan agreement with Huddersfield Town and hopefully help The Terriers to a safe position playing alongside his former Leicester City teammate Danny Simpson.
A player that left Leicester City many years ago, Richard Stearman has been released by Sheffield United and is free to find a new club. The former fox was not part of the plans at Bramall Lane, but a player that should have something to offer for a team in the Championship so he will most certainly continue his career in a new club relatively fast.
