New Leicester City signing imminent with confirmed departure also over the line

After the rumour of Cengiz Under appeared earlier this week it now looks as if Leicester City will be lucky in their chase for the Turkish international flank midfielder. The latest talk looks trustworthy with a loan spell agreed and a buy to happen next summer.

So what will Leicester City get with Cengiz Under. A steady first teamer at Roma when arriving in 2017 and to date been praised by many as a wonderkid, but he can also be a handfull and often getting into controversy so it will be a job for Brendan Rodgers to balance his temperament and at the same time build confidence and belief around the player.

At his best he is glittering but beware that he can get almost electric also when it comes to temper and showing his passion for his nations political acts. Leicester have signed a very exciting new prospect, hopefully he will flourish and not vanish.

News are also that George Hirst has joined Rotherham United on loan and hopefully add more first team experience, as he got a few look ins at Leicester City last season, making sub appearances in Premier League and playing a bit of first team action in pre-season.

George Hirst had an earlier loan spell at Leuven in Belgium back in 2018/19, scoring 3 in 22 games for “the sister”. Hirst joined Leicester City from Sheffield Wednesday as a teenager and is looked up on as one that is believed to be a starter in the first team in a few years time.

The rumours of a possible move for Demarai Gray to either Tottenham Hotspur or Newcastle United could happen, now that Under is coming in, so we just have to see if he moves out on loan or agrees a permanent deal with either side.
