Leicester linked player receive medical treatment and missing for the Barcelona v. Juventus clash

Leicester linked Clement Lenglet was not included in the Barca squad for their game v. Juventus and his knee problem makes him uncertain for the start in the La Liga on Sunday. A clear indication that Leicester will search for other options.

Newly signed Memphis Depay scored the opening goal and the squad at Barca still have a lot of talent left to chose from, so it will be interesting to see how much the move will really affect the club long and short term.

With these two happenings at Barca, Leicester has seen their name being drawn towards other players. Southampton defender Jannik Vestergaard is a name that is seen, with the Dane also earlier linked with Leicester.

Jesse Lingard is a name linked with a number of clubs and the England international looks certain to at least leave Old Trafford on loan, with so many offensive options to OGS disposal he will most certainly overlook Lingard among his candidates to play regular first team football.

We could this weekend see that the two Inter players Stefan de Vrij and Marcelo Brozovic were linked with Leicester, but it looks unlikely to see that Inter would let two such important players just leave close to the season opener in Serie A.
