Local born Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Shepshed is a player that fans loves to see evolve and playing steady in the first team as local players always are seen as special. The game vs. Liverpool gave great belief that Kiernan can reach the very top of football.

Gareth Southgate might have written down his name and will not be surprised if the young midfielder soon will receive his call.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has since coming back from a very successful loan spell at Luton, been given a soft introduction to the first team by Brendan Rodgers tasting PL action for the first time in the win vs. Norwich earlier on in the season.

He had to wait a bit before getting a new chance to shine and since coming into the team vs. Leeds it’s been just a up hill raid. The perfect performance vs. Liverpool, being influencial in the 1-0 win, makes a huge different in his climb. The stiff competition for places in the mdfield area could see him again dropped, but with this performance under his belt and Ndidi being absent in AFCON and also used in defense will surely see chances getting better.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has not yet been capped at any level and could, as a few other Leicester players before him, go straight for the full England cap. Jamie Vardy and Gary Lineker are two other players never to be capped at any level before they stormed to action and made their full England debuts.

Last season on loan at Luton he made 39 appearances, Got a lot of credit and good replies for his contribution. Luton wanted him back, but instead Brendan Rodgers did see his potential and has slowly introduced him to first team activity.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall did show great promise at an early stage and among the best players in the U.23 set up since the age of 18. Dewsbury-Hall appeared in the FA Cup and EFL Cup for Leicester before making his league debut this season.
