To see the news about Wesley Fofana and him signing a new and fantastic contract was just fantastic. A new deal lasting until 2027 has been agreed.
Fofana has been absent since the start of the season after suffering a leg fracture in a summer friendly vs. Villareal. He is back in training and soon we will see him in action again for Leicester.
Fantastic to see the talented defender making such a great decision and hopefully more players will follow and also hopes are that Brendan Rodgers will continue his work as well.
Constantly being hit with talks from pundits saying the clubs best players should go here and there and just throw Leicester in the bin, luckily those pundits, The Mersons and The Savages, are far from correct in their predictions and hopefully they will consentrate on other themes as they we go forward.
To see this happening will of course also allert other clubs who had their foots wrong when Leicester decided to go for the young Wesley Fofana from French club St. Etienne and pay a fee of £36.5million.
He is a young and fantastic prospect and to see him ready to fight for Leicester in the upcoming seasons is just fantastic. He has allready been linked with Real Madrid and Barcelona and of course also mentioned in transfer talk regarding other English clubs.
We all know that Man City, Liverpool and Man Utd will be around as sniffer dogs when this young player become pivotal for Leicester as they move up and forward.
To see some of the most respected young players at the club just signing new contracts and showing their commitment will of course be fantastic for fans of this football club.
This will hopefully see a new chance to climb the table until the end of the season and hopefully still be able to dream about a run towards a final of the Europa Conference League.
Leicester are still waiting for Youri Tielemans to decide on his deal, but we cannot really count on him as his focus will be to get into the top four and Champions League football going forward and it looks as if a move is more or less happening.
