Former foxes and loan men in action this weekend as Premier League openers gives exciting outfall

Everton and Chelsea started the season with a venue at Goodison Park. Ben Chilwell and N’Golo Kantè both featured for Chelsea, Demarai Gray was in the starting line up for Everton. Chilwell had a direct involvement in the winning goal as he was the one tackled as a penalty was rewarded.

Ben Mee made his league debut for Brentford in the clash vs. Leicester. He left the field after 59 minutes as The Bees was 2-0 down, and he must be a bit in limbo after his debut, still part of a group managing to bring the game to balance at full time.

Jeffrey Schlupp started for Crystal Palace vs. Arsenal in central defensive midfield position. His presence at Palace looks vital, but on this day it never became positive as The Gunners finished as 2-0 winners.

Harry Maguire had an uninspiring season opener vs. Brighton being in a team defeated at home 1-2 vs. Brighton. Man Utd started their season in the worst possible way ending it all in shame.

Riyad Mahrez came on 2nd half in the 88th minute of the game when Man City defeated West Ham 2-0 in that season opener seeing Erling Braut Haaland scoring two and making a brilliant start to his career in English football.

Jesse Lingard started for Nottingham Forest in their 0-2 away defeat to Newcastle. Chris Wood came of the bench and replaced Callum Wilson in the 89th minute. Harry Kane had a grand day at the office as his Spurs won 4-1 at home to Southampton.

Nigel Pearson is not getting any thing for free as his Bristol City side had to see defeat for the 2nd time in two games this season. Sunderland came home with three points after winning 3-2, Andy King was an unused sub for The Robins.

Cedric Kipre played the full game for Cardiff as they lost to 2-1 to Reading away. Gary Rowett and his Millwall side also had a struggle on away to Sheffield United, as The Blades came out with a 2-0 win.

Sam Clucas came of the bench when Stoke took on Michael Appleton and his Blackpool and collected their first points of the season with a strong 2-0 win. Ben Hamer was an unused sub when Watford played West Bromwich away, it all ended in a 1-1 draw.

Elliott Moore played the full game for Oxford in their 1-0 home win vs. Cambridge. Josh Knight played 75 minutes in their strong 3-0 home win vs. Morecambe. Micheal Morrison played the full game for Portsmouth against Lincoln with Tom Hopper in the side, the game ended 0-0.

Mitchell Clark is well settled at Accrington Stanley seeing them as 1-0 winners away to Shrewsbury. Crewe are flying at the moment winning their game vs. Harrogate 3-0. Khanya Leshabela came of the bench after 84 minutes to make his second sub-appearance for the season. Joe Mattock was in the Harrogate side as he has recently made a move there from Rotherham.

Ben Nelson was an unused sub in Rochdale’s 1-0 defeat away to Gillingham. Jake Wakeling and Tyrese Shade both played form start in the 0-0 home draw vs. Salford. Richie Wellens and his Leyton Orient are currently 3rd in League Two after a 1-0 win away to Crawley Town.

Kasper Schmeichel never left the bench when Nice drew 1-1 away to Toulouse. Red Star Belgrade are current leaders in Serbia as they defeated Pyunik 2-0 away. Aleksandar Dragovic played the full game for Red Star.

Jon Hayes played 72 minutes for Aberdeen in their 4-1 win vs. St Mirren as they did see their first win of the season. Tom Lawrence played the full game vs. Kilmarnock as a 3-0 home win was collected.
