Leicester forward Josh Eppiah has left for a season long loan at Northampton. He also had a loan spell at Sixfields last season, adding up 12 league games and scored 2 goals for The Cobblers.

TCF earlier reported about the Belgian as believed he would move out and a bit surprised that he again left on loan as he looks far from a first team alternative at Leicester.

Josh Eppiah has also experience from OH Leuven as he spent one season on loan with them back in 2020/21 playing 11 league games and scoring 1 goal.

He has been called up to play for Belgium U.21, but never capped. A promising forward that in all could have been one to notice, but instead looks to be one of many from the development ranks that will fade out and never getting a chance in first team action.

Northampton have a good start to their League Two campaign staying 3rd after four games played. Josh Eppiah will hopefully add even more quality to their squad.
