Reports are that Leicester are close to a move for Wout Faes and he will be what Brendan Rodgers addressed in his press conference, a player with talent, attitude and with a will to win.

Faet made his debut for Belgium earlier in the year. The 24 year old has been part of the Belgian youth team structure from U.15 up to U.21 before making his full debut.

Faet is a graduate from the academy of Anderlecht, but never played in the first team, before making a move to Oostende in 2018. He had before that been on loan at Heerenveen and Excelsior in Holland.

He joined Reims in France and has been with the club since 2020 and added up 70 appearances in two full seasons. His progress is something to look at and will be a player who can do a job alongside every one of the other defenders at Leicester.

This is exciting news as Brendan Rodgers might have found the ideal man as he looks for special presence in the games going forward.
