Blackburn will let George Hirst return to Leicester as his stay in the Championship became something of a nightmare for the former Portsmouth loanee and Leuven forward. 9 league appearances and no goals became the facit.

Hirst would surely consider other options as he also looks far from a possible first team chance at Leicester, failing at a level below and it could be that Portsmouth would consider bringing George Hirst back, currently 12th in League One.

Milos Kerkez is only 19, but an established left back at AZ Alkmaar, joining the Eredivisie club from AC Milan. Allready a full international, representing Hungary. His name is mentioned in several talks regarding a move to Premier League with Bournemouth also said to have a major interest.

Central defender Attila Szalai from Fenerbahce is also a name mentioned in relation to Leicester, but a possible swap with Caglar Soyuncu looks doubtful, with the Leicester defender on the radar of Atletico Madrid.

The situation at Leicester is a bit in limbo at the moment, with a number of players out injured and also left late regarding new deals discussed. The two names mentioned most lately as possible players to join is Martin Dubravka (Newcastle) and Jeremie Boga (Atalanta), The full picture is a bit difficult to see as to many pieces looks unsolved.

Another teenager linked with Leicester is 19 year old, Peterborough youngster Ronnie Edwards. The England U.20 international is among the hottest properties in League One. A step up to play in Premier League, but to see Leicester in such a link is no surprise, with Crystal Palace and Chelsea also among chasers.

Lens Goalkeeper Brice Samba could be a target for Leicester. His name have been listed, as the former Nottingham Forest player could be a solution. But as we have seen in previous transfer windows, luring first team players at a major club away, is a difficult act.
