Brendan Rodgers will see his squad of players being changed in the summer, and if Leicester avoid relegation, they will be out to change a number of players and could end up with as many as 6 or 7 new signings.
A great number of the players in the Leicester squad will be out of contract in the summer. James Maddison, Timothy Castagne and Jannik Vestergaard are other players that will be seen as possible sales with cover and new heads in line to replace them.
We have seen Harry Maguire being linked with a return to Leicester as he might be looking for a move to keep his place in the England set up, and play week in and week out, somehting we all believe would be possible if joining Leicester.
Harry Maguire can play in a three or four men defence and would be a massive addition to a Leicester squad. Leicester would also be ideal for his future as his game would benefit from playing week in and week out.
Christian Pulisic is in a similar situation as Harry Maguire, not being able to get as much game time as needed to be certain his game progress and of course being the main star of USA, you need a certain game time to keep the standard.
Chelsea and Man Utd will both be looking for a new approach and for Leicester it’s all about stability and probably getting more players in that can be trusted and have the experience needed to keep Leicester in level with their expectations and not being involved in difficult relegation fights.
Adding quality is what it is all about at present and also the ability to pay the wages of those profiled players is a key, something Leicester will be able to do and they will not have too many competitors that can be able to give those two players game time week in and week out and at the same time have the ability to pay them in the region needed to get them in.
Everything will depend on Leicester staying up, if not, you can wave goodbye to most of the transfer gossip taking place at the moment.
