Timothy Castagne had a brilliant international break, playing for Belgium vs. Sweden (3-0) and Germany (3-2). Starting in both games together with Wout Faes, Dennis Praet was also in the squad, but never entered the field.

Belgium are one of the better teams in international football and being part of such a set up will see other clubs interested. Arsenal looks to be among chasers this summer regarding Timothy Castagne.

He can play to both and left in a four men defense and also being able to cover in the middle if needed. He is a player that can go forward and as we have seen at Leicester, having a powerfull shot as well.

With players such as Ricardo Pereira and James Justin at the club, there will be grand competition for places, the arrival of Viktor Kristiansen from FC Copenhagen has also made this area one of many options, also in the mix is England U.21 international Luke Thomas.

Leicester do have other worries than at the full back positions as they could see Timothy Castagne as a possible sale, bringing in cash to use in strengthening other areas on the field.

Inter are another club mentioned as a possible new destination, but with Arsenal in the mix, he would probably prefer a move to London and of course be a man of great use for Mikel Arteta.

Castagne joined Leicester from Atalanta in the summer of 2020 and is currently on a five year rolling contract. He is a certain choice for Belgium and of course a player of grand status.

We will of course be saddened to see him leave, but we believe this is a player that Leicester could let go if the offer on the table is one to accept.

Youri Tielemans is currently out injured and with a contract running out in the summer, he could find himself in a difficult situation, but we do believe he will move to a new destination, Arsenal are still on of the options, but of course at this point nothing is certain.
