James Maddison is at present on international duty with England and could be involved in the games vs. North Macedonia and Malta. His performances here will count and be looked at from more clubs than Newcastle and Spurs.
To join Spurs or Newcastle will not be a major step up, and that is what James Maddison is looking for. Chelsea had a bad season, but everyone believe they will be back and push teams like Spurs and Newcastle into a lower position. Man City are allready top and will start their hunt for new recruits after they have finished the season.
Maddison needs to do the correct decision as he has spent his best years in the game with Leicester, and looking at previous big money sales, they have all ended up at Man Utd, Man City or Chelsea.
So why would James Maddison join Spurs with a possible chance of seeing Harry Kane moving on and bringing in a manager from Celtic with no calls in Premier League from before. Newcastle looks just the same, and to see James Maddison moving to the north east even looks more unlikely.
We believe his move will either be London or Manchester. Who he will join is a riddle at present, with no offers on the table from any club as Leicester will monitor every move carefully and try to bring in as much cash as possible.
Chelsea looks a much better destination for James Maddison, with Chilwell and Fofana both there, Man City looks to the future as many of their key players are in the early 30’s, so it will be exciting to see were James Maddison will end up and play next season.
What is 100% certain is that he will leave Leicester, anything else would be a huge surprise.
