Daniel Amartey was one in the party of released players at Leicester this summer, and at present on international duty for Ghana, playing in their 0-0 draw vs. Madagascar.

He has been linked with AC Milan and Galatasaray earlier in the summer. Today said to be on the radar of Brendan Rodgers and Celtic.

Premier League is the toughest test in football, and we all know the up’s and down’s of Daniel Amartey in this company. He has during his time at Leicester been a steady performer for Ghana on internatonal duty, being capped 52 times to date.

He is also a well liked person and have a great attitude and approach towards his job as a professional footballer and also one that can operate in several positions, used by Leicester as a right back, in central defense and in midfield.

To move up north and join Celtic could be the perfect scenario for Amartey as he looks to new life in football, of course weighing his options carefully this summer.
