Leicester linked forward Akor Adams adds to his tally of goals with one more scored in the 5-1 Lillestrom win against Aalesund. Lillestrom, currently without a manager and coached by sporting director Simon Mesfin, admits sale of Adams will happen in this transfer window.

Current interest from Leicester in hard competition with Sheffield United and Burnley, do see this move a no brainer at this point, with Lillestrom working on most strings to get this move done as well as bringing in a new first team coach, seeing the former, Geir Bakke, leave for Valeranga last week.

But the major problem often for a manager can be to have too many players at the same level of quality and not really be able to bring your best team out on matchday, chopping and changing without really pushing things forward.

Distribution is a major fact when looking at Akor Adams movement and goals, a number coming from headers and long passes from left back and Norway U.21 international, Lars Ranger, being pivotal in assists to some of Adams best goals.

We do believe that a move for Akor Adams will only happen if Leicester do see departures of both Patson Daka and Kelechi Iheanacho, but one obvious key is of course the size of this Nigerian and the fact that he is a player looking equipped to be part of a Enzo Maresca set up. He is a keen goalscorer with 15 goals in 14 games so far this season.

Leicester are currently also following Joel Piroe, who is a bit simular, so the act to bring in a taller forward, looks as a priority, with Adams probably available for a fee around £5million, with Piroe being an alternative signing at £10million or more.

There are several issues to take into consideration as a good squad balance of alternatives are under construction.
