Boubakari Soumarè was left out of the preparation game vs. OH Leuven today, and news earlier on linking him with a possible switch to Napoli, is a bit of a blow as we believe the 24 year old would be a massive player to have available in the Championship next season.
Napoli is not a minor club in football as the Serie A champions looks to have shown their interest, as well as seeing Dean Smith, in his interim period at Leicester, making Soumarè a certain starter in all of his games.
The situation for Enzo Maresca is clear, he cannot keep them all, and if a good price can be negotiated then of course a move must be considered. To see him move out on loan would be a massive surprise and not something to understand.
Bouba Soumarè is not the only player to be said having a unsettled future at the club, seeing a number of players today being played in a 3rd half of the preparation game vs. OH Leuven.
