Brendan Rodgers made a few changes from the line-up playing Forest away a week ago. Dennis Praet and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall were both back in the team, out with Marc Albrighton and Wilfred Ndidi.

Brighton are a strong contender and it all looked a bit shaky from start as The Seagulls took controll and command. The game was after a while an open affair, but the minor attempts Leicester had in the early minutes never really became more than half chances.

Brendan Rodgers lined up as we expected, giving starts to Marc Albrighton and Papy Mendy. With a number of players absent we had little or no hope for a win, but a draw, would have counted.

Forest came out as the most eager from start, but Leicester managed to ease the pressure and take more and more control and also creating chances that could and should have resulted in goals.

Brendan Rodgers lined up the team he believed was the most competitive on the day, but still it was Newcastle, as expected, that were the better team. First half Leicester managed to keep it controlled and Danny Ward kept it safe as it was still 0-0.

Coming out 2nd half no changes were made and it all looked as if Leicester had a chance to shook Newcastle, but as we all had no worries Magpies showed their power and strength going in front with a special one from Dan Burn, a nice curled shot as he made his first for Newcastle.
