We all know that a number of players currently at the club are on deals that will run out in 2023. Daniel Amartey was seen as a potential free agent in the summer but said to have agreed on staying agreed to be at least around of one more season.

Talks with James Justin and Ricardo Pereira are also on going as we do also hope that a good end to the season could see Youri Tielemans also putting pen to paper.

This Leicester transfer window just like a silent movie, noticing the best and worst during season signings of the past

Going back in time we have seen some clever business done by Leicester in the January transfer windows of the past with Youri Tielemans being a brilliant move. First in on loan and then a permanent deal was closed in the summer of 2019.

Wilfred Ndidi is also one to cherish. Fantastic signing by Claudio Ranieri. Ironically both managers doing the shrewd signings later in the season got sacked.

Northampton confirm loan move as Leicester again are involved in a recent transfer affair moving forward

Josh Eppiah had just returned to action for the U.23’s and yesterday agreed a move on loan to join Northampton.

Over the years it’s been a level gap between the two clubs but the close neighbour have taken a number of Leicester players to their camp. Names such as John Farrington, Trevor Benjamin and Paul Culpin are all three players with history at the two clubs.
