It was a lot of touting about Leicester and their players missing for AFCON, injuries and sickness giving Brendan Rodgers selection problems.

But looking in the back mirror you would surely question the way Brendan Rodgers handled the future of Papy Mendy and also Dennis Praet, both doing their job more or less and with enough Premier League experience to have been solid covers this season. Both players were on the bench and unused subs for the FA Cup final vs. Chelsea.

A new lost transfer case for Leicester as Wolves complete exciting deals with RB Leipzig and Barcelona

Leicester were earlier linked with a move for Whang Hee-chan, but this is a lost case as the South Korean made a full move to Wolves being on loan at Molineux since the start of the season.

Whang Hee- chan has made a good impression and showed his skills well at Premier League level. The 26 year old is currently out with a hamstring problem but during his first months at Wolves he showed enough for manager Bruno Lage to convince the club to pay £11.9million for his services.
