To win at home to Huddersfield is a must, and anyhting else will be a result not acceptable, but we all believe that Claude Puel will manage to bring home the three points and put Leicester City back on track.

The game away to Bournemouth was a huge disappointment, despite more ball possession and a number of lost chances before Cherries started their bombardment of the City defense. The team selection away was “too optimistic” would have started Albrighton instead of Ghezzal any day of the week, despite the Algerians good form in the games earlier on.

Leicester will be without Wes Morgan who will have to serve his suspension other than that players are reported to be fit for fight, if you count out Matty James.

Huddersfield Town is what they are, a team of spirit, a charismatic manager in Wagner and a few key players that alone can upset the opponent. The key this Saturday is to get straight out of the starting blocks and get a fast goal. If that happens Tcf feels certain that Leicester will be able to win this game.

It’s not been the best of starts for The Terriers and a bit of a banana skin with no wins so far and in the relegation zone at the moment. They have played both Manchester City and Chelsea, lost both games, a couple of draws and a loss also to Palace at home.

Looking at their stats at home to Palace, showing 60% possession and in Wagner style trying to outplay the opponent, but a goal from Zaha (who can upset anyone almost alone), made it a donut day for Huddersfield.

Key players to watch out for are Australian international Aaron Mooy and Benin international forward Steve Mounie. Former fox Ben Hamer is most certainly in the squad, but probably not chosen for this game with Danish international and understudy to Kasper Schmeichel, Jonas Lössl the preferred choice.

Huddersfield Town didn’t field any British players from start in their previous game v. Crystal Palace, but had three Danish players in their line-up.

In Both Camps,
Frank Worthington is the player that singles out as the big star with a life in both camps. Ben Hamer of course is the most current example, plus Ben Chilwell and Danny Ward who both had good loan spells with Huddersfield Town.

Other players to remember are Ian Banks, Paul Reid and Damien Delaney, and not to forget Alex Bruce either, who played on loan at both King Power and John Smith.

The big duel,
Mooy v. Mendy, a real midfield battle, because one of the two will be trying to keep their team in possession and that will be a battle for Mendy to win, not easy at all as Mooy is one very good player in his position.

Expectations are high after two great wins at home against Wolves and away against Southampton. Liverpool at home has earlier been a fixture we can look forward to with a number of great results and great goals, Jamie Vardy’s volley will always be in mind.

Claude Puel could see his 2nd strings out there against Fleetwood Town, doing a great game. A few first teamers got a taste as well, including Amartey and Morgan. There are no big injuriy worries, with only Matty James ruled out.

Jamie Vardy will of course not be including, serving a ban since his bad tackle in the Wolves games, but he will be available after this game.

Liverpool are looking like a very strong unit and Jurgen Klopp is slowly building a team to count, despite losing big star names during the build. Coutinho left in January, but no one could really see him missing. Mane, Firminho and Salah are a trio to look out for.

James Milner shows that you can be a good player, also after saying no to international football, with that in mind, Jamie Vardy should be ok without England involvement following Milner in his decission making.

The fact that Liverpool also now have Alisson, makes them even stronger and their defense looks stronger, with a Van Dijk now more settled. Leicester City signed third choice Danny Ward, who most certainly will be on the bench in this match.

The game is an early kick-off fixture, also being live on telly at 12.30, so hopefully every fox is awake and ready to go.

Fun Fact,
Leicester struggled heavilly in the 1980-81 season, but they managed to win both home and away against Liverpool, who had a bad season ending 5th. Those who can remember the goal of Andy Peake will always have that in mind. A 2-0 win at home, really made Jock Wallace, the manager at the time, think that Leicester were among the better teams in the league, but despite a 2-1 shocking away win at Anfield, Leicester and Wallace had to see themselves relegated.

In Both Camps,
Paul Konchesky and this summer signing Danny Ward are two recent moves between the clubs. Emile Heskey was a massive transfer for Leicester City, when he left for £ 11 million to Liverpool in 2000. Other players who had a life in both camps are Tom Bromilow and Gordon Milne, who both played for Liverpool and had a manager period at Leicester City.

Other players to remember are Alan Waddle, Michael Hooper and Kevin MacDonald who all had careers in both camps.

The big duel,
Alisson and Schmeichel is an interesting one, we believe in Kasper winning this one and hopefully Alison will be under great pressure for the first time this season.
