In Both Camps; Swansea City

Leicester will play Swansea City in their next match in Championship action. Going back you will find a number of players with a past in both camps. Swansea City had a number of years in the top flight before going down in 2018, being in the top flight since 2011. Ryan Bennet is a recent signing, being on loan at Leicester from Wolves and later moving to The Liberty.

Brendan Rodgers and Micky Adams has been manager at both clubs, former Leicester captain Colin Appleton had a time in charge of Swansea. Frank Burrows also have the same experience, being a caretaker at Leicester later in his years, being in charge at Swansea from 1991 to 1995.

In Both Camps; Bristol City

Leicester will play Bristol City at home in their next fixture on the 23rd of September 2023. Their vice-captain is former Leicester midfielder Matty James, who has been a grand figure for The Robins, helding a 5th place in the league at present.

Nigel Pearson and Andy King are also at Ashton Gate, in a manager role (NP) and a player coach capacity (AK). They will of course be in line for a special return with such a great period of their careers at Leicester.

In Both Camps; Tranmere Rovers

Leicester and Tranmere are playing each other in the Carabao Cup 2nd round this afternoon at Prenton Park. Over the years a number for players have been in both camps.

David Kelly, scoring against Leicester in the 2000 EFL Cup final at Wembley, did also play for Leicester. The Ireland international scored 22 goals in 66 league games for Leicester, as well as 21 in 88 while on the books at Tranmere.
