Leicester City are at the moment fighting for a place in the Champions League, but the start to the restart has not gone as predicted, two draws and a defeat so far, but hopefully the team will be back on winning ways on Saturday.
No offense to James Justin who has acted as a fine right back and done his job in a proper manner, but we are missing Ricardo Pereira heavily. His presence and unpredictable offensive approaches are not there anymore.
Pereira’s movement is a real fear factor and opponents doesn’t really have a weapon against, sadly Leicester City have anything to replace him with, he is unreplaceable and that is the grand reason why Brendan Rodgers team have struggled.
The fact that a team needs it’s best players is a fact you cannot ignore, but to see Brendan Rodgers making so many changes makes it difficult to understand his decision making. But to overlook the massive gap after Ricardo Pereira is not possible.
We wish Brendan Rodgers all his best, despite him making all his chopping and changing, bringing in players like Mendy and than drop him completely is not an act of good management. The use of Demarai Gray and Ayoze Perez are difficult to understand.
We certainly hope that a competetive team will be out there against Crystal Palace and please don’t go away from the 4-3-3 as the system has shown it can work wonders, please don’t ignore the strengths of Crystal Palace and play players that certainly are not in the category of winning against The Eagles.
