Ryan Bertrand has impressed TCF heavily over the pre-season period, he has been outstanding. A complete left back, and at his age do have the calmness and experience we love to see.

James Maddison is in the latest reports said to be staying on at this football club. There might be sales of fringe players. The future for Filip Benkovic, Hamza Choudhury and Dennis Praet looks uncertain, and moves out could be happening. Newcastle said to be eager on Choudhury, Sampdoria could be in for Praet. Benkovic might yet again seek a loan move to a Championship club.
Brendan Rodgers has not closed the door for more signings. The name Ozak Kabak is still talked about as one more central defender might be needed to cover of those known injuries. There are still also possible to see a flank midfielder coming in.
