Leicester will play Brentford at home tomorrow Sunday the 20th of March. As always an important fixture and three points are a must as securing a spot in Premier League for next season must be set as the highest priority at the moment.
Still a number of injuries and players far from a return for Jonny Evans and Jamie Vardy, Wilfred Ndidi will also miss the match as we believe Nampalys Mendy could be called on to play a part as he did vs. Arsenal.
Date: 20.03.22, Venue: King Power Stadium, Match: Premier League
Despite going through to the quarter finals of the Europa Confrence League, a new game was lost and as we did see against Arsenal a lot of momentum missing.
TCF is no fan of KDH and would rather see a midfield of Mendy, Tielemans and Maddison as a balanced unit instead for KDH who has no fundemental place in this team and far from being a leader to bring points to the table when the team struggles.

Backpass
Looking in the back mirror you have to go back to 1992 to find the last game being played between Leicester and Brentford with our team being the host. Brian Little was in charge and it all ended in a 0-0 draw.
We have since then seen four games being played between the two, all ending in Leicester wins. Brentford have not competed on the highest level since 1949 before they made it to the Premier League in front of this season. Leicester managed a nice 2-1 win down at Brenford in the previous meeting between the two.
Leicester will go into the game as favorites and all points will be needed as we all would see those 40 points in the bag as soon as possible.
Of course it will be emotional for Kasper Schmeichel to play against his Danish friend Christian Eriksen who are most certainly in the line-up for The Bees.
Going back we do have a number of names with a passed in both camps, and the last of them to recognize must be Jeffrey Schlupp who had a short loan spell at Brentford during his days at Leicester. Tommy Wright, Pat Kruse and Dean Smith are others to mention in this short list of players.
