Amani Richards looks to on the way out, believed to be moving to Barnsley. The former Arsenal academy player joined Leicester in 2022, but has not featured in the first team. He has strangely not been favoured. He has played at England U16 level and in some way promising, but seems to have slided down in the pecking order.

We are still waiting for that official picture from Cagliari of Harry Winks joining, still not done. He arrived together with former Fiorentina midfielder Jacopo Fazzini, who has been officially announced on their website. We hopefully will get that move done as soon as possible.

Oliver Skipp and Stephy Mavididi are both linked with other clubs. Both of them have been involved in the two pre-season friendlies so far, to see them leave is no surprise, but it will be huge losses going into the season.

Skipp has been seen in close links to Norwich and Middlesbrough. The asking price is a dilemma, with Leicester signing Skipp for £20million, they demand too much according to the two clubs interested. A loan with an option to buy looks more likely.

Stephy Mavididi has been seen linked with Rangers. A fee of £7million looks to be what Rangers has to offer, but sad to see him leave if possible would have liked to see Mavididi for Leicester, being part of a push and return to Championship football.

Caleb Okoli and Ben Nelson have been played together in pre-season, both of them could be out of the club by the time this season starts. Okoli has struggled a bit, but defensively very strong. Ben Nelson had a good performance vs. Bristol Rovers, and we do believe that him turning down a new contract offer, could see him leave, we have to wait and see.

Wout Faes is another riddle, so is Jannik Vestergaard. Both players are quality, but could also be gone when the season starts. Russell Martin giving the captaincy to the Belgian international in the game vs. Bristol Rovers might be a nice guest to get him to stay, but it looks more or less very uncertain at this point. Jannik Vestergaard is said to be negotiating a termination.

No news yet of any arrivals, waiting for Conor Chaplin and Danny Ings to be confirmed officially. This is far from news and should be done by now, but in some strange way, Leicester do use their time to get things done.
