Leicester U.21 look up as next season will be make or break for several youngsters as club needs to change

Leicester has not just seen their first team relegated, the U.21’s had the same faith. Ben Petty has this season played a relatively young team, without a proper set up and priorities are clear as players are send out on loan to get first team opportunities in the EFL lower tiers.

Kasey McAteer has been on the fringe of first team football at the club, playing 7 times in the last two seasons, but also experienced first team football on loan at Wimbledon and Forest Green. So far made a total of 30 first team appearances at his clubs. His contract expires in two years and could be vital as a good and flexible squad member.

Back in Leicester for the final game of the season visiting Keith’s plaque and bumping into Marcin Wasilewski

The fourth visit this season, flying in from Norway, meeting friends and having a grand stay in the city we love.

Will Leicester come straight back up, waiting for manager appointment and player departures and arrivals

Still just a few days afer a relegation of surprise and despair, moving into a face of looking for what is happening next, as the race for promotion will be the only focus going forward.

The manager question is still in the air, and will be up there for a longer period of time, not really seeing the interim project as one to continue, but so far no one has any answer to that question.
