Mads Hermansen was one of four debutants in the Denmark team facing North Macedonia in this World Cup play off match. It was a solid 4-0 win, with a clean sheet. It looks increasingly likely that the former Leicester goalkeeper could take over from Kasper Schmeichel long term. Kasper Schmeichel has a career-threatening injury to nurse at the moment.

Jordan James was in action for Wales, but had to leave the field in the 56th minute. Wales had a 1-0 lead when JJ left the field. Wales were in the end defeated 2-4 on penalties. 1-1 at full time. Danny Ward was an unused sub for The Dragons. This injury could see JJ out of the Leicester squad for the next games. Some sources even say he could have played his last game this season.

Recent news indicates that Bilal El Khannouss has completed his permanent move to Stuttgart. This move will likely be followed by a transfer for Abdul Fatawu. He has earlier been chased by Everton. The Toffees looks the perfect fit.

Atletico Madrid, Al-Hilal, Sunderland, Napoli and Bournemouth have also been linked with Abdul Fatawu in the two prior transfer windows. Leeds are also in need of this type of player. The key for Abdul Fatawu is to be certain to start games week in and week out.

Leicester Manager Appointment Imminent, This Candidate Earlier Described as Ideal

A few weeks back you could read why we believed Gary Rowett was the man to get in, and it is now more or less clear that he will take over as manager of Leicester.

We have no direct contact with anyone at this football club, but we do believe that following this team week in and week out as well as having long and thorough knowledge of football managers in this environment, Gary Rowett should fit the bill perfectly. Andy King has in real improved the team since taking over, but has been unlucky and let down a bit by certain individuals so we believe we are on a way out of the problems.

The deal looks to be one running until the end of the season with possibilty to more work if things goes as planned. This team is at the moment far above their own weight and should do much better.
