Bournemouth and Leicester are a bit far from each other, City up there in the East Midlands, AFC down by the south coast. Not many have played for both clubs but we surely will find some previous players who have done.
Max Gradel is the first that comes to mind. He came up through the youth system at Leicester City, he eventually made his debut back in 2008 in a fixture v. MK Dons. He was a quick winger who could twist and turn and came up and signed a contract together with Andy King and Carl Pentney. Before his debut at Leicester he had been out on loan at other clubs and spent time at Bournemouth.
After a loan spell with Leeds he finally made a full move in 2010 playing at Elland Road until 2011, when he again this time to France and St Etienne. Gradel stayed in France for four years before he returned and again signed for Bournemouth. He got limited first team opportunities and after three years and only 25 league appearance he move to Toulouse and is still there.

Yann Kermorgant who we all remember for one thing at Leicester City, the tragic penalty in the shoot out v. Cardiff City. The penalty as we remember was not a real shot and the goalkeeper saved it. He joined Charlton and later Bournemouth and had good career at tier two in English football, moving on to Reading were he spent his last years as a professional ending his career at the age of 36 this summer.
Few might remember Derek Dawkins, a left back, who never really hit it off at either Leicester or Bournemouth getting just a handfull of games for both clubs during the late 70’s and early 80’s, before moving to Mansfield Town were he had a long and successful spell. The “cult figure” and one of the first foreign players to play for Leicester City, Franck Rolling also had his time with Bournemouth. Rolling a French defender played for Leicester from 1995 to 1997.

Ian Andrews who was a promising goalkeeper at Leicester City and played for England U.21, moved down south after short spells with Celtic, Leeds and Southampton. He played 64 league games while at Dean Court and completed 126 for Leicester City. Andrews returned to Leicester as a physio, but kept his license and from time to time being cover as an emergency bench alternative.
David Webb is one to mention as well, being a short time with Leicester and Bournemouth were he also was manager from 1980 to 1982. Webb is mostly remembered for his time with Chelsea, scoring the winner in the FA Cup v. Leeds in 1970, winning the European Cup winners Cup the year after. Ending runners-up in the league cup, all with Chelsea, before another runners-up medal with QPR in the League a few years later.
