The transfer window is still a few months away, but rumors are spread at the moment, with a number of familiar faces back in the running. We have updated our hot, cool and cold service, and as you know, we are a site with a good track record.
We were spot on with Harry Maguire and expressed our thoughts about his move long before it happened as his agent would get the deal through, but as we all know Leicester City wanted as much money as possible and so far we could say that this was a sale that at the moment looks a good deal looking at it with Leicester City eyes.
There are a few new names in the hat, allready being talked about, but as we all know Leicester City are seldom alone in the chase. Lille forward Victor Osimhen is back on the list of possible targets. so is Serhou Guirassy. Gurassy a 23 year old forward has just joined Amiens from Köln, but money talks and the player that only cost £5million could be leaving for a few close to £20million.
Trabzonspor midfielder Kerem Baykus is a name also mentioned. The Turkish club could be ready to cash in on a player that could be seen as a possible target for Leicester City, but it looks as a potential “for the future” man, and not one to go straight into the first eleven.
Bolton Wanderers wonderkid Ronan Darcy is a name seen in the newspapers, but he is hardly a player for a first team job not at the moment, but a club with financial troubles could probably be interested to sell for a fee of £5 to £7million.
Nathan Ake and James Tarkowski are two players that could be chased, and they are both mentioned as possible targets again this January. With the relation between Caglar Soyuncu and Jonny Evans starting to gel, it looks strange to see those names linked, but you never now.
Wes Morgan was given a few minutes v. Burnley, but his presence looks to be ebbing out in the summer with his current contract running out. Nottingham Forest and Derby County could both be interested in a move probably, but so far no talk is seen.
Ben Chilwell is said to be attracting attention from Frank Lampard and Chelsea, but few believe that the England international will leave Leicester City in January, even if a fee of around £65million is tabled. That is a lot of money and with Christian Fuchs still an available choice, could be tempted to let the move happen.
James Maddison is constantly linked with Tottenham and Manchester United, but with those two teams falling in the table from last season a move looks totally out of the picture, would be very strange if that move will happen.
Filip Benkovic and Nampalys Mendy looks to be a bit down the pecking order and both players could at least be seeing a loan move happen. Celtic is said to be eager to bring Benkovic back and Mendy does have a number of options, with French club Nice in the picture.
Daniel Amartey hoped for a move to happen in the summer with both Sheffield United and Fulham very interested. Fulham could come back in January with an offer and hopefully seal a loan deal for the Ghana international.
Islam Slimani could be close to a permanent move to Monaco with a fee of £10million enough to secure his services.
