Another change to the line-up, but it looks as if everything works for Brendan Rodgers at the moment, and especially the defence looks so solid with great credit to Wesley Fofana, but not to forget Christian Fuchs either, who has been steady in the back as well, a key to the results lately as him being left footed makes him a good alternative in that three men defense line-up.
Embed from Getty ImagesLeicester got a good and fresh start and after 15 minutes rewarded a penalty after a VAR decision, harsh would be the right word as the ball clearly hit the hand without any possible chance for the Wolves defender Kilman to stop that from happening. Jamie Vardy scored from the penalty spot, and Leicester City were 1-0 up early on.
Both teams had a few attempts but it wasn’t until the last minutes of the first half that Leicester City striked and a new penalty situation appeared. James Justin was clearly taken down inside the penalty area and it was again Jamie Vardy selected to take the penalty. This time the penalty was stopped by Wolves goalkeeper Patricio.

Both Leicester and Wolves had their chances, Harvey Barnes came close, but saved by a Wolves defenders leg, Kasper Schmeichel made a fantastic safe from a Neves attempt, a real match winning moment from “The Great Dane”.

Leicester grabbed another three pointer and showed solid defensive form, which was enough to win against a “soft” Wolves. Great credit to Brendan Rodgers that at the moment are on a great run with his Leicester City team.
