Jamie Vardy joins Aaron Ramsey at Burnley

Few could have guessed this to happen as we had hopes of seeing JV9 back in a Leicester shirt this season. He has decided to join Burnley on a short term deal out the season, trying to help The Clarets out of a difficult start to the season, seeing them in a relegation spot at the moment.

Aaron Ramsey, who spent last season on loan at Leicester, will be playing with Jamie Vardy at Burnley this season. Ramsey (23) has played in all 5 league games, and scored 1 goal so far.

After five games, Burnley have lost three and drawn two. They are at the bottom of the table, which is not their goal for the season. Hopefully, Jamie Vardy can help them move out of the bottom three.

Next Leicester Manager Odds Slashed, Five Candidates Lined Up

Leicester hierarchy has one tradition, they do not give new managers much time if their start is difficult. We have seen in recent seasons, plugging the trigger on Steve Cooper in Premier League, not even being in the relegation zone, and then going from bad to worse, hiring Ruud van Nistelrooy, who looked totally out of his depth.

Last season, potentially facing a points deduction, Marti Cifuentes had a inconsistent period, before being axed. Then owner Khun Top and his staff made a decision hiring Gary Rowett, who had recently been sacked from Oxford United. He was brought in after assistant Andy King failed to manage the first team, leading to a series of defeats.

Ex Leicester Men On The Move, Free Agents Still in Search for New Club, Blackburn, West Ham and Pompey in the Mix

Caglar Soyuncu is one former Leicester player to have made a late move in this summer transfer window. Leaving Fenerbahce, signing for Corum FK. Newly promoted to the Turkish top flight, coming up via the play-off’s last season.

Kelechi Iheanacho has also made a move to Turkish football, joining Bursaspor. He has been on a great strike in the opening games of the season, scoring 6 goals in 5 games, also having 2 assists.

Patson Daka played up front for Hamburg in his Bundesliga debut vs. Dortmund. A difficult away game, Daka being subbed off after 67th minutes, seeing a 2-0 defeat on the day.
