Brendan Rodgers has earlier talked down possible new players added at Leicester City in the January transfer window, but with current actions reported it’s likely that at least one new face will be coming in, a loan move looks most likely.
Embed from Getty ImagesThe talk about a possible move for Christian Eriksen is out in the wide open, so we just have to wait and see what happens as Brendan Rodgers monitors his options that also include a number of other names as well, but to see the Dane as one who could sign, might be a good loan option, and as we all know there are many games coming up and injuries can strike as fast as lightening.
Tottenham and Everton are also in the race for Eriksen, so it will be difficult to see where he will end up, and if Arsenal misses out on Martin Ødegaard they could also be calling for the Dane as he is desperate to get back in action and of course Premier League will be first priority.

This is news not seen anywhere in the press over here, but the link to Arsenal has earlier been reported and been hot gossip all around, but it would probably be a strange move by Arteta to add the Norwegian out of favor at Real Madrid.
To add a player that has not played much this season is of course always a risk as they need time to adapt to the situation in a new club, and with Martin Ødegaard you will get the creativity needed, but the player doesn’t have a defensive fiber in his body. To see him as a possible cover for an injured Dennis Praet might not be the ideal signing. James Maddison is the man that does what Ødegaard can do, and to have both on the field at the same time will be like having two buss drivers fighting for the wheel. To add Ødegaard would be very strange, and we believe that rumour is dead.
Embed from Getty ImagesA player that could be seen as a possible addition is Porto midfielder Otavio and his player profile suits the need of Leicester City. He joined Porto from Internacional in 2014, and he could be ideal as a replacement in the squad for Dennis Praet. He is often seen in that position and the Brazilian is adaptable and could be the loan Brendan Rodgers is seeking.
Demarai Gray looks certian to leave, but where is a bit of riddle with Bayer Leverkusen the latest club to be linked, but we feel that Bundesliga might not be what Gray are seeking as the best option, believing he will move on, but yet not any certainty in where.
Embed from Getty ImagesHamza Choudhury is also rumoured on the way out, but as the time drags out, we are not at all certain he will leave and being involved against Chelsea with Papy Mendy out with a neck problem, so as long as the situation is as it is, he might be staying.
