Leicester are up against Brighton on Sunday. Brighton are currently 9th and one place above Leicester as they must be very satisfied with their season under manager Graham Potter.

We believe Leicester should be the stronger team in this one, but stumbling on banana skins and doing errors not part of a deal and game plan, might again upset the situation.

Date: 23.01.22, Venue: King Power Stadium, Match: Premier Leauge

Leicester do have a good track record vs. Brighton and it should continue as we are seen as a better team but spirit of The Seagulls must never be faulted as they fly on wings of self confidence.

Graham Potter has a number of players with big presence in Lewis Dunk and Dan Burn, and of course massive talent in Leandro Trossard and Yves Bissouma. Bissouma will not be involved and Dunk also looks uncertain so despite being in good form they do have their struggles. Lallana looks certain to miss out as well so massive problems for Brighton.

Who Scored

Backpass

Looking in the back mirror you have of course a number of players who have crossed paths. Graham Cross and Frank Worthington are two from the 70’s. Later Larry May and Alan Young both played for The Seagulls.

Going into more recent paths Anthony Knockaert and Leo Ulloa both are players with a life in both camps, so is Dean Hammond.

Leicester will go out as favorites and fans will be dissappointed if Leicester are not able to settle the score and to see three men up front will be what we feel is the correct way, playing Barnes, Daka and Lookman up there, probably Albrighton to get a balanced team as Lookman and Barnes are a bit similar.

Shop – Brighton & Hove Albion

This will again be an interesting game to watch and in a way an open affair but with the problems Brighton do have, we feel it will be possible to win at home.
