The future of Jamie Vardy has become more and more uncertain as no new deal has been signed. Man Utd is said to be eager to get the 35 year old in and help them get out of a difficult situation.
Leicester do have two other forwards in Kelechi Iheanacho and Patson Daka and needs to be careful in their squad logistics as both Kelechi and Patson could be unsettled with little or no game time.
Brendan Rodgers flirts with different systems but we all know he prefer to play mostly with one man up front and if Jamie Vardy is staying at Leicester he will not accept to sit out any important game if he is fit and ready to roll. The two others would not be too patient either at Brendan Rodgers looks to give George Hirst, another forward, a chance to leave, without really being in the managers future plans.
Leicester are at present no favorite in the race for Jamie Vardy and it looks unlikely that he will sign a new contract if Man Utd comes with a bid for the 35 year old, but still nothing has happened at either camps.
