A good group of first team Leicester players are back in training this week. Having their fitness tests and starting there preperations for the season coming up.
This is summer, waiting for some exciting news about who will be the next manager. Still there are a lot going on regarding fans talk, club history, and interviews. It’s also nice to see our website getting noticed.
First of all thanks to all of the positives coming back to us at this website. We have been around since 1999. We have had different contributions over the years, trying to build on our own objectives and values. These are important for us as the following of Leicester City can be much fun, but also challenging and difficult.
Seeing the website being acknowledged by fellow fans and the local newspaper is rewarding. It makes it worth doing the updates and keeping an eye on what we believe is important. The Post Horn Gallop is a good weekly newsletter coming out with all what has happened in around the Leicester City in the previous week. To be listed, linked up and talked about here, having the most read article, makes a great feeling.
You can say what you like about official websites, but a daily visit to LCFC.com is a must. The game yesterday between England and Jamaica, taking place on Filbertway, was of course top priority. I also took the time to watch the Foxes Hub. To see club heroes Matt Elliott and Gerry Taggart, interviewing Emile Heskey was fun.

The different Leicester You Tube fan channels are fun listening to. They all bring a certain view on the current situation at the club. Have earlier mentioned The Final Whistle as a good alternative. Listening to Jack and his understanding and honest talk about the situation, becomes a favourite among those pointing their opinion. He follows the club in thick and thin, being at most games. He also have a number of great one to one interviews. At times he turn up on other channels and makes his balanced view on actual Leicester topics.
Rob Tanner is the best journalist voice on Leicester always having balanced talk, not taking things out of context. He has good and thorough thoughts on things regarding the club. His talk is good listening to. The fact that he makes no secret about in real being supportive, but also having a critical eye in a way that makes him a good benchmark on the clubs situation.
Leicester players will report back today and we will of course have our own special on the different points to look at.
