Maximum 6, Minimum 0, Points Deduction, The Battle Continues

This is by far the lowest point of this football club in recent history. Leicester must never again be seen doing this type of errors. It was so very unnecessary to get into this mess in the first place. The club had a solid foundation five years ago. Winning the FA Cup and two fifth place finishes in Premier League.

The maximum deduction will according to Sky Sports be six points. We certainly believed it would be less or nothing at all. We believe the club will appeal. With the type of knowledge we have and how this outcome ended on six points, is a riddle. But the panel can not increase their deduction at this point and a fight for a lower points deduction looks more than possible.

We certainly hope this is the end of the shambles, waiting for that appeal to take place, as well as a new round of eyes to judge again.

There are of course positives to be seen in this scenario. Getting this out of the way, knowing the maximum punishment, will make it much easier to recruit a new permanent manager. You can also go forward with other appointments.

At this point the club have reduced their wage bill heavily. We certainly hope the club have controll over their cost. Having a huge administration and facilities equipped for a Premier League life, will of course make it challenging to obtain that type of staff.

We can look forward and just consentrate on football. No more talk about this PSR chaos is a good thing.

We certainly believe this is the final end of this mess, hopefully with a chance for Leicester to get the deduction down to lower points.
