Gary Rowett decided to let Asmir Begovic be the goalkeeper again. We believe that was a disastrous decision, trusting a player that is in no way capable of being a game winner for this team.

Rowett decided to play Oliver Skipp and Jordan James and Divine Mukasa, leaving Hamza Choudhury, Harry Winks and Stephy Mavididi on the bench.

There are not much difference between these players. Jordan James is of course a better option than most, but at this time he is not fully fit, and a of course a gamble to play him.

Leicester had some sort of momentum form start and the defence looks good enough at this time with Lascelles and Vestergaard being a steady and solid partnership. Luke Thomas has also improved. Ricardo Pereira is a riddle, he is in there playing, but as captain he should have done so much more, especially offensively.

Then in the 18th minute Asmir Begovic makes a crucial error. His short pass miss the target and Liam Miller gets an easy job to find the net. Hull are 1-0 up and Leicester are relegated at this point.

Leicester push for a goal towards the end but are capable of scoring, 1-0 to Hull at half time.

Coming out second half no changed, but it looked a more lively Leicester team. In the 54th minute, Abdul Fatawu is clearly taken down inside the penalty area, Jordan James converts the penalty, witha nice placed shot in the left corner. 1-1 and hope for Leicester again.

Just a couple of minutes later Luke Thomas comes last on a ball from a special and clever pass by Bobby De Cordova-Reid, suddenly Leicester leading the game, 2-1. As a fan watching this team week in and week out this season, you had in real no belief it will stay safe towards the end.

Gary Rowett again makes a vital change as the takes off Jordan James and giving minutes to Harry Winks. Winks is booed when coming on, even if Leicester are 2-1 up. This is all a heavy disgrace, playing Harry Winks, fans boing a player coming on and it all ends in shame. These fans are toxic and should have been thrown out of the stadium. Gary Rowett makes a heavy misjudgement when giving minutes to Harry Winks as it effects the atmosphere. Harry Winks is not doing what he is supposed to, and just two minutes after he is introduced, Hull makes the uqualizer. The situation before the goal was scored is showing how this Leicester team are struggling this season. They were all over, falling down, missing passes and just looks totaly lost, no leadership.

More changes towards the end and of course a few chances as well. Aaron Ramsey was back, coming on. Minutes also to Stephy Mavididi, Jordan Ayew and Hamza Choudhury. No Joe Aribo, again just left out and not given any minutes. No younger players trusted for this as well and Gary Rowett just doing what the men before him did, trusting the players that has only managed to win one game for him. What a shame.

A number efforts from both sides to settle a win in the end, Patson Daka coming close hitting the steel. But it all ended in a 2-2 draw. Leicester are relegated to League One.

  • Asmir Begovic blunder, he is not a first choice goalkeeper at this level, sorry

  • Again losing a lead when having it early on second half
  • Relegated to league one, with two games left, sad and unaccaptable
  • This group of players do not have the set up needed to win football games
