News about Daniel Sturridge joining Leicester are no news, and he is of course one of those four players that could be in line to join. The fact that Daniel Sturridge is coming to an age that makes his next move in football so vital, will in fact be of great benefit to Brendan Rodgers, a manager he knows from before.
The 29 year old forward is the perfect age to bring in and a player that would just slot in after Shinji Okazaki who is certain to leave in the summer on a free transfer. Adam Lallana has earlier been seen as a potential player for Leicester City, also him being a former player to have worked under Brendan Rodgers, and not really in the future plans of Jurgen Klopp as we can see out of his team selection this season.
James Milner is in great form at Liverpool at the moment, but last summer he was one linked with a move to Leicester City. Milner (33) still has a lot ot offer and a player who is 100% professional and one who can bring so much attitude and winning spirit into a dressing room.
Newcastle defender Jamaal Lascelles is a hot prospect and the player born in Derby and previously with Nottingham Forest would probably be a target to track, coming closer to his home and probably look at a move to The Midlands as great. Lascelles has earlier been seen as a possible sale from St James Park, but his presence at Newcastle is of great importance, but again Leicester are investing and Newcastle need to address their desire to keep a player such as Lascelles.
Tottenham right back Kieran Trippier is a name that has turned up a few times and his form has been dipping lately, with Tottenham said to be looking at other options in his position. Crystal Palace youngster Aaron Wan-Bissaka being seen as a future recruit.
Burnley central defender James Tarkowski might also be looking for a move away from Turf Moor to keep up his hopes of a future with England, and to see him or Lascelles alongside Harry Maguire might be a great thought.
TCF don’t believe that all seven of these would be heading to King Power in the summer, but maybe one or two would be nice, to see them all mentioned is of course great news.
