This was a game TCF had predicted a win and as we did see against Man City, we can upset most teams on any day of the week. The line-up was also giving Hamza Choudhury a seldom start and it worked wonders, and to have Lookman and Tielemans available from the bench showed important.
The start was good as Leicester kept momentum early on, but it was not long before Liverpool came to chances amd early on given a penalty with Kasper Schmeichel showing class and saving the kick from Mo Salah. Luckily the same man missed the returning ball and his header hit the bar.
The first half went as we had suspected with Liverpool having the ball and of course with all Leicester players on their toes and a goalkeeper showing his best form today it was luckily 0-0 at half time.
Liverpool kept their pressure but good defending from Leicester especially on corners and other set pieces made it a new experience watching a concrete defence put together with Amartey and Ndidi showing fantastic motivation and determination. great to watch.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall did find Ademola Lookman and the perfect shot and run from Lookman went in behind Allison and suddenly Leicester were 1-0 up. As we just hours before had published a story about Ademola Lookman and his approach so far, and he answered well, he was the difference today and really showed the grit we do need from such a gifted player week in and week out.

TCF believe that games are the best training and bringing them on thick and fast is the best way of going forward and when you are winning you will get a rythm and effect that will give you the adrenaline to just take them on and play to your best.
This is the only time of they year you have two games in two days and as we did see today it does not affect your performance in a bad way, it just makes Leicester better than a team rested and players out there for Liverpool today had a bit of rust in their machinery.
Marc Albrighton came on for James Maddison and he slotted in perfectly being that help for Timothy Castagne as Leicester could defend and especially stopping those approaching coming on against that flank and it was well planned to give Marc a chance again to show that his best position is wide on the flank and he delivered.

Please be nice to Jamie Vardy he is a perfect professional and a player with lots of energy left to perform briliantly for the club.
Leicester did stay steady to the final whistle and after five minutes of stoppage time we could see again smiles on faces that had shown what the can do, Leicester climed to 9th in the table and are just a few points away from an European place, fingers crossed that this team will deliver going forward.
