Two first pre-season friendlies announced as Leicester will take on Shrewsbury and Lens, both away. The Shrewsbury game will be played at The Salop’s home arena. This looks a proper and important event for both parties.
The game will take place on Tuesday the 23rd of July. Leicester will start their Premier League season on the 19th of August, facing Spurs at home.
Lens will also be an opponent in pre-season, playing the French Ligue 1 club on the 10th of August. A good benchmark for Leicester as they face a team finishing 7th in the French top tier.
