Daniel Iversen is set to leave Leicester for Preston after the season end. Preston survived in The Championship. Their final game of the season ended in a 1-1 draw vs. Bristol City.
Iversen was the first choice goalkeeper for The Lillywhites in the 2021 and 2022, spending one and a half season at Deepdale. Has has allready played 69 league games for Preston. This move was no surprise and mentioned yesterday at this website.
Daniel Iversen is a free agent and no fee has to be paid for his services. Current first choice at Preston, Freddie Woodman has a contract that will expire at the end of June. Daniel Iversen was well thought off during his last spell at this club. He was their player of the season.

Daniel Iversen was first choice goalkeeper at Leicester during the interim period with Dean Smith in charge. He has had brief spells and the odd cup game to play under other managers.
Daniel Iversen is the first confirmed of a number of outgoings this summer. He has been in the Danish full squad and has 16 U.21 caps to his name.
