Leicester City Camp News: Players Missing, Falkirk Debut, OH Leuven Move, Transfer Confirmed

Bobby De Cordova-Reid and Brandon Cover are not been seen in the camp. They were both called up to play for Jamaica late June. De Cordova-Reid played, but Cover was not seen in the line-up or on the bench.

Wanya Marcal has had a positive impact in pre-season so far, but was not involved yesterday. His presence should not be faulted as his talent has been a bit shadowed by other young players been given game time.

The situation regarding Harry Souttar and his injury has not been talked much about. The U21 team played in a friendly vs. Hull yesterday, winning 2-0.

Reports confirm that Bermuda international Deniche Hill has joined NL side Buxton. They are at the moment competing in the 6th tier of English football. Hill was earlier this summer released by Leicester.

Henry Cartwright has made his debut for Falkirk in a 7-0 win vs. Brechin. He followed up with a new game yesterday, playing Cove Rangers. This ended 0-0, taken to penalties, which Falkirk won 4-2. Cartwright came of the bench in both outings. These were two league cup games.

Amani Richards is not in the travelling squad for Austria. He came on as a sub for OH Leuven vs. Leicester last week. Reports are that the Belgian sister club are considering a move for the former Arsenal recruit. OH Leuven are also said to be considering Logan Briggs as a potential loan option.

Former Leicester defender Shane Flynn has joined Kettering Town. Shane Flynn was a free agent after leaving Irish league club Ballymena.

These are the latest on some of the more hidden stuff regarding Leicester City last week.
