Josh Windass is a free agent. He is said to be in advanced talks with Wrexham over a contract. Leicester also linked with the player, but it looks very strange and a rumour not worth listening to.
Leicester can’t bring in a single player at this point. There are more than 40 players considered in contention for a place in the first team. Patson Daka and Jordan Ayew are two alternatives up front. Their contracts are running out after this season, but they looks likely to stay on.
Ben Nelson and Mads Hermansen were two players expected to play a part in the pre season friendly game today. But none were seen. Earlier in the summer, both players were linked with moves away. They also had injury problems during last season. Therefore, we do not know why they were not involved today.
Wilfred Ndidi still expected to leave Leicester City this summer. Leverkusen are the latest club to enquire.

Manchester United have held talks, and even discussed terms, on the player side, but finding a No.9 is the next priority. Adding another midfielder may require an… pic.twitter.com/fqub9ptNfm
Wilfred Ndidi is a name being linked with so many different clubs at the moment that the Nigerian international looks a special fish in the pond. Leicester are in no way offering any players to other clubs, as suggested. This action would be 100% illegal. Players have contracts and cannot be pushed out if they want to stay. Wilfred Ndidi is on a long term running contract and his importance to the Leicester team is monumental. He has been involved in pre-season friendlies and looks very much part of next season plans. He looks far from joining Spurs Man Utd, Hoffenheim or Borussia Dortmund. Managers Thomas Frank (Spurs) and Ruben Amorim (MU) do have a good number of defensive midfielders. Ndidi will not move unless he knows he will play regularly. At the age of 29, on a long term deal, you will not risk that to happen, being on the bench.
Victor Kristiansen is not with the group in Austria. He has been linked with Sunderland and Everton, but also this week AC Milan is mentioned as a potential place to play next season. This looks far from concrete and in no way happening. Kristiansen has no desire of leaving Leicester at this point. A move will only happen if a fee up to £12million is paid. Wage demands looks to stop every move to other clubs, looking for a fringe option.
