The talk of new players coming in just before the transfer window shut can be a bit of a difficult scenario with the name Daniel James still in the frame. There are a group of players in the pond and among those the Wales international.
So why are Leicester chasing James, a similar type to Harvey Barnes and also one that can be seen as a player with the same attributes as Cengiz Under, and why would Man Utd let him leave when he has been very much involved in the season opening.
Embed from Getty ImagesDaniel James has not featured as much as he would have liked, but cannot see him pushing any of our starters out of the first team set up at Leicester either, so it’s a difficult one, but in all seen often as one of those close targets. James has in his three seasons at Old Trafford played 50 league games and scored 6 goals. He was only on the field in 15 last season, but at least was involved in 9 Europa League games, which gives him that feeling of playing in a team that reached the final of this tournament last season.
Leicester do have 48 hours to conclude as we believe a flank man and a central defender are high on the list and we do not really have the best of clues as new names comes into the hat hour by hour. What we do are certain of and hopefully believe will happen is that one maybe two players will arrive late and on the closing hours of the transfer window shut.
