Leicester linked Mohamed Elyounoussi was placed on the sub bench as former Man Utd and Cardiff midfielder Mats Møller Dæhli was given a rare start in the Norwegian line-up.

The player who at present play in Bundesliga 2 with Nurnberg made a good performance and on 2-0 to Norway replaced by Moi as he came on for the last minutes of the game.

Former Crystal Palace forward Alexander Sørloth and newly signed Man City man Erling Braut Haaland were both on fire as they scored and assisted each other up front.

Leicester is said to have two Norwegian internationals as targets. One is Moi from Southampton the other midfielder Mathias Normann who has ended his loan spell with Norwich and is currently contracted to Russian club Rostov and is reluctant to a return at this point.

Moi has been influential for Norway with good performances in previous games vs. Serbia, Sweden and Slovenia, and came on as a sub tonight vs. Sweden and was lively again.

TCF is following the Norwegian game closely and we know the level of performance from Leicester and not to stress this much neither Moi or Norrmann would be additions that would see foxes fly, but there are others in this Norwegian team besides Haaland of Man City and Ødegaard from Arsenal that should get attention.

Sander Berge is currently playing for Sheffield United and has this season helped The Blades to a play-off position and he did return to the Norwegian team for these Nation League games and his presence is huge. Calm on the ball and always available and eager to get the ball forward and also able to make a good finish.

So if Brendan Rodgers is out looking for Norwegian talent he should be looking at Berge and also probably make a note on Alexander Sørloth who is contracted to RB Leipzig but spent last season on loan at Real Sociedad. The two alongside Ødegaard and Haaland was the piano players of the Norwegian team today, exciting to watch.

Despite being in the losing side this evening Sweden midfielder Jens Cajuste (22) made a good impression and looks as a star in the making. He is currently with Reims in France after making a €10 million move from Midtjylland in January. This is a player far from a finished article but still one to keep an eye on as he progress and already talked about in massive sentences.

Norway are top of their group after an impressive run of results and with this latest 3-2 win over Sweden close to finish top with games vs. Serbia at home and Slovenia away coming up next.

Erling Braut Haaland will come for his first visit to Leicester next season as he could be on the field against his former team mate Patson Daka. They were a sensational pair together at RB Salzburg. Haaland is now on 20 goals in 21 appearances for Norway.
