Jannik Vestergaard and Daniel Iversen could both be on the way out, just hours after Victor Kristiansen arrived from FC Copenhagen. The danish contingent of players could be down from three to one in the next 48 hours.

Danish football newspaper Tipsbladet confirms the situation regarding Jannik Vestergaard and Daniel Iversen. Vestergaard is close to a Besiktas move, Daniel Iversen could be part of a swop deal with Stoke.

Brendan Rodgers has not really fancied any of them, and in a way stopped their progress as both are quality players used in the correct context. Playing Jannik Vestergaard in a back three, will give you a player that can be among the best in Europe, as his height and movement must be valued in the correct way and in relation to other defenders used in the same team.

Daniel Iversen is regarded highly in his home country, pushing Kasper Schmeichel for the goalkeeper position in the national team wheh playing for for Preston. We certainly believe he could become the next top quality goalkeeper at Leicester, but Brendan Rodgers has totally different ideas.

Leicester is keen on bringing in Harry Souttar as his move from Stoke looks imminent, this could trigger a move in the opposite direction as a total package.

This could be a change that probably will be good for all parties as life continues and fresh new challenges are needed for both players.
