Exciting times coming up as Leicester prepare for a new season in the EFL Championship. The first game of the season will be a home fixture vs. Sheffield Wednesday, taking place on the 10th of August.
Two away fixtures come next. First, a visit to Deepdale to face Preston on the 16th of August. Then, on the 23rd of August, travelling to London and The Valley to play newly promoted Charlton.
Looking on there should be potential to bring a great number of points on board early on. So far, no business is done either in or out at the football club. Surely, a rush of moves will not be happening. It won’t be on a scale that should see most of the current base of players leaving.
Wrexham is newly promoted having Matty James and Lewis Brunt in their squad. They are also said to be eager to bring in Danny Ward as a new goalkeeper. Leicester will face them at home on the 30th of September.
