Bilal El Khannouss has said he wants a move away from Leicester. The situation around him looks very confusing at the moment. This made Marti Cifuentes clear in his decision to take him off after first half vs. Preston and then not pick him when playing Charlton.
He has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace and Spurs in the last few days. The move to Palace looks off. The Eagles will not pay £35million. Spurs would only sign the Morocco international as a squad player. He would not be seen as a regular starter.
We certainly hope that if nothing happens regarding a transfer for Bilal El Khannouss, the parties can find a route to clearity. They should be able to work together, and being optimistic about moving forward. Crystal Palace is today, according to Fabrizio Romano, close to agree a move for Yeremi Pino from Villareal.
To see Leicester being linked with different goalkeepers looks totally odd and strange. Jacub Stolarczyk and Asmir Begovic are the two at the club at the moment. Why get another one? He would just be kept warm if these two are not available. That would be money thrown in the bin.
Leicester have a group of young goalkeepers to call if a crisis should occur. Bringing one in to just sit in the stands looks very, very strange. The move for Jonas Omlin from Borussia Monchengladbach will hopefully just vanish. It looks unlikely that the German club will let him leave. They have little or no option to call on if their first choice gets injured.
We certainly hope Leicester will avoid signing another goalkeeper at this moment.
Understand Leicester, Ipswich, Hamburg and Paris FC are all showing late-window interest in Manchester City defender Issa Kabore.

Understand Manchester City prefer to sell but also open to a loan.👕 pic.twitter.com/r6LadeowN3
Leicester are among a group of clubs in the chase for Man City defender Issa Kabore. Kabore (24) joined Man City in July 2020. He has since his arrival mainly been out on loan with a number of different clubs. This is also a very strange rumour. He is, of course, a great player. Sadly, we believe Leicester are not his preferred option.
Another link to follow up on is Schalke 04 forward Moussa Sylla. When considering his stats and past performance level, Patson Daka and Jordan Ayew seem like better options. Alternatively, there could be a change for Stephy Mavididi to play up front. Sylla would also compete with Jeremy Monga. Rennes is the front runner, as Leicester might just have been thrown into the mix to rise the price.
